Once a day for 94 days I recorded a thought or observation I had. I sat and sorted them according to who or what the thought was about. From those categories I identified opportunity spaces to change my behavior or perception. Most of my observations dealt with my time on the subway so I developed what I called "The New MTA Etiquette" — a list of guidelines for positive interactions when traveling on the subway,
